Travel arrangements are made by our staff using information provided by the client. Our policy is to book the lowest regular air fare available on known carriers. We cover the cost of our own hotel, rental car, and meals. Please note that any estimated air fares are in addition to the price of the event. Estimated expenses are due in full at the time the deposit is made. In case of a cancellation, when non-refundable travel expenses have already been paid, they automatically become a non-refundable part of the wedding deposit. For event locations within driving distance, but outside the Houston - Dallas - San Antonio area, a nominal mileage charge will be added to the coverage. Any additional charges will be included on the face of the contract. We endeavor to create an atmosphere at Magnolia Photography where there are no surprises. Travel fees are not included in our portrait photography prices. If you want your bridal, engagement or other portrait to be photographed at a location that requires more than an hour's drive time from our studio, we will add a small mileage fee to the cost of your sitting. Portrait travel fees do not show up on your wedding contract, as locations are generally determined after the wedding is booked. Any additional travel fees will be discussed beforehand and are payable at the time of your portrait sitting.
