Cancellations sometimes become necessary. If you cancel or change the date of your wedding, the deposit is non-refundable since it becomes more difficult for us to rebook the date as it gets closer. If prepaid travel arrangements have been made, they are also non-refundable. Cancellation nullifies and voids the original contract. If, for some reason you reschedule the wedding even after a cancellation we will, as a courtesy, apply $250.00 of the non-refundable deposit to your new date, providing that we have the date open. However, we will charge according to the pricing that is current at the time of re-booking and not according to your cancelled contract price.
